I tried to make time for Raw for this, but it's just as well as I went way over my intended word count for this, ha. Also, her new one hasn't received generally good reviews, but I'm still looking forward to it.
These are great choices. I've seen the first two, and I'm definitely going to see Titane now, thanks to your review.
My girlfriend, who I normally watch all movies with, and who is extremely loud-audio-and-sharp-sfx adverse, would absolutely definitely despise Titane and would surely hate me forever if I suggested it for her… but I'm going to be bad and see it anyway (hehehehe).
Thank you, David! If that's the case, yeah, she may want to avoid this one, ha. I think it might have been exclusively on Mubi for a while, but I streamed it on Kanopy, which I'm loving. It would've been a fun one to see on the big screen, but alas, that's how it goes.
I don't have a big screen, per se, although the screen I do have might seem big to me if I watch it from extreme close range. I mean like 6 inches or something like that.
Titane is on my list now, in any case — thanks again for hipping me to it. 👍
This is a really fantastic installment of the protectionist
Thank you!
I think about Titane all the time, such a great movie, and I really enjoyed Raw from Ducournau, too.

Even if I have to see it alone.

I managed to find it on Amazon Prime video.

AGWHAaN and Only Lovers Left Alive are constantly in competition for my top Vamp Film pick
And the Jarmusch was released less than 3 months after AGWHAaN’s Sundance premiere.
What a cool double feature that would be.
WOW. Major moment in the post-Twilight zeitgeist.
Well said!
